Frequently Asked Questions

Our clients find that after communicating all the details of the project, getting them down in a 3D design for them to see, and budgeting based on the exact design, really takes away any questions and concerns before we ever start the construction. This alleviates miscommunication or questions that might have been a problem, before we ever start.

The budget for each project can vary greatly. The size of the project, types of features, materials and overall complexity factor in. We don’t move forward with any construction whatsoever until we’ve given you an accurate timeline and budget, so there is not need to worry about huge, unepescted costs when we get started.

This depends on the existing conditions and overall scope of work. It should take 2-3 weeks to complete from start to finish.

First of all, we actually listen to your needs and wants. Some landscapers don’t make a habit out of doing that, but customer communication is our priority. We will then work with you, provide advice and feedback, and ensure we understand the most important aspects of your project. We will then create a visual 3D rendering of what the end product will look like to make sure you love what we’re going to do.

Hardscaping refers to the “hard” elements of a landscape design, like patios (concrete or pavers), retaining walls, walkways and any other custom feature built with brick, stone or other similar materials. These elements of design provide the structural backbone to your backyard aesthetic.

Of course! Between custom fire pits and water features that can run in winter, we can help you make the most out of your outdoor living spaces no matter the season!

Absolutely! In fact, many people first reach out to us to meet their HOA approval deadline when they’ve moved into a new home. We have extensive experience with working with HOAs to ensure new homeowners can meet their requirements and anyone looking to upgrade their outdoor spaces can do so with style and with adherence to regulations.
